For the safety of all, we cannot resell returned beauty products as we are unable to guarantee that the items have not been tampered with or damaged in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. However, please keep a copy of your receipt and contact us regarding any questions or concerns, we’re happy to help!
*It is highly recommended that you review product ingredients before purchasing if you have sensitive skin or any type of allergies including nuts. Note that no product is eligible for return, exchange, or refund for any allergy-related reason or another.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, expired or if you receive the wrong item or even a missing item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you accidentally place an order or include an item in it and would like to cancel or modify the order, you need to contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
Please beware that inquiries after 3 days of shipment receipt may not be considered and we may not be able to further assist you if order is defective, damaged, expired, or includes a wrong/missing item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on any product purchased, regular or sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
Since no return is accepted due to safety reasons, exchanges are not eligible. If you encounter any issue with any of the products shipped or purchased from our online store, kindly contact us immediately to help you resolve the issue accordingly if possible.
Please note that items sent back to us without first contacting our customer service line will not be accepted, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstance.

We do not provide a return shipping label within our packaging as return or exchange shipments are the customer’s responsibility. Khan Al Saboun Florida is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for approved returns and exchanges and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
