Important Notice
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all beauty and personal care products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
General Return Policy
For the safety of all, we cannot resell returned beauty and personal care products as we are unable to guarantee that items have not been tampered with or damaged in any way.
Therefore:
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products, including sale items and gift cards.
This includes allergy-related issues, sensitive skin reactions, or personal preference. We strongly recommend reviewing product ingredients before purchasing if you have any allergies (including nuts) or sensitivities.
Cancellations & Modifications
If you accidentally place an order or need to modify it, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this period, we may not be able to cancel or adjust your order as it enters our fulfillment process.
Klarna Requirement
By law and Klarna’s policy, customers are entitled to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
However, please note that due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, our products are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
This means that while the right to request a return exists, it cannot be applied to beauty and personal care products as outlined in the exceptions section of Klarna’s return guidelines.
Damages, Defects & Issues
If you receive an item that is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Expired
- Incorrect
- Missing from your order
Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your shipment, along with a clear photo of the issue, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
